Most of what we do is recurring commercial work: offices, clinics, warehouses, schools, gyms, restaurants and public facilities that need a crew on a fixed schedule and a scope that does not drift over time. We also handle residential cleaning, deep cleans and move-out work for homeowners and property managers in the same four markets.
The difference matters when you are choosing a provider. A house cleaning company prices by the visit and works from a room-by-room checklist. A janitorial contractor prices by square footage and frequency, works after hours, and is measured on whether restrooms are stocked, floors hold their finish and nothing gets missed on a Friday night.
